License Agreement
Software Solutions Pro (hereinafter "SSP") licenses software to you only if you (hereinafter "the licensee") accept all of the terms in this license agreement. Please read the terms carefully before you use this software. By using the software (regardless if you have registered the software or not), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the software and destroy all copies in your possession.
Ownership of the Software
The SOFTWARE and the accompanying written materials are owned by SSP and are protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws, by laws of other nations, and by international treaties.
General terms of License
SSP grants to you the right to use the licensed copy of the SOFTWARE for only your personal use and no other reason. You may not share the SOFTWARE in any way with others.
Restrictions on Use and Transfer
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble THE SOFTWARE. You many not modify and recreate a similar version of THE SOFTWARE, whether for sale or personal use.
Disclaimer
SSP provides a means to document data. But the use of this SOFTWARE is no substitute for legal and other professional services to suit your specific needs. Always consult a competent professional for answers to your specific questions. Acceptance of this license declares that you understand and accept that SSP is not responsible for the data collected and entered and its legality and appropriate use.
Limited Warranty
The Link Company (hereafter “TLC”) and SSP warrant that the SOFTWARE will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of 30 days from the date of your receipt of the SOFTWARE. Any implied warranties on the SOFTWARE are limited to 30 days.
TLC and SSP disclaim all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement, with respect to the software and the accompanying written materials. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. These rights vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
TLC’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at The Link Company’s choice, either (a) credit for the price paid or (b) replacement of the software that does not meet SSP’s limited warranty and which is returned to TLC with a copy of your receipt within the first 30 days of delivery. Any replacement software will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the SOFTWARE has resulted from modification, accident, abuse, or misapplication. NOTE: If a License is to be returned, then a written document must be submitted to The Link Company stating that the SOFTWARE and all accompanying materials have been removed from the licensee’s possession, and removed from any and all computers it was installed on.
In no event will TLC or SSP be liable to you for damages, including any errors, omissions, file damage, data loss, legal errors, inappropriate use, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the software, equipment failure, backup failure, and other use failures.

U.S. Government Restricted Rights. THE SOFTWARE and documentation are provided with Restricted Rights. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions set forth in subparagraph (c)(1) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1)(ii) and
(2) of Commercial Computer Software -Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. Licensor is Software Solutions Pro, PO Box 69, Marquez, Texas 77865 USA.

NO SHIPPING & NO WAITING! Buy now & download now for software applications. However, DVDs and Booklet products require shipping. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed.
Within the United States, we can ship products anywhere using the shipping method of your choice. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order and the associated weight and bulk, excluding applicable sales tax.
Outside the United States, no problem, but please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Return Policy
My Personal Organizer Software.com wants all customers to be pleased with their purchase. If you experience problems, please contact cust omerservice@mypersonalorganizersoftware.com to receive support before requesting a refund. Tampering with any software or defacing any item purchased from The Link Company automatically makes it a non-returnable item. Items deemed to be defective must be reported within 14 days of receipt. My Personal Organizer Software will exchange the item after verifying it is defective if reported within 14 day policy period. Personal Organizer Software will not be liable for defective items NOT reported within the 14 day policy period. If proven to be defective, we will replace product or issue credit for future purchases. The credit will be the full amount of the value of the product less the shipping charges, if any, and a $10 restocking fee for each item.
